The Auberge de Luins invites you to taste the authentic Malakoff 🧀.

An inn in the heart of the vineyard 🍇, with two dining rooms and a café in a pleasant setting… In summer, enjoy the charming flowered terrace 🌸, where local dishes and wines are highlighted.

In 1976, the inn was renovated and expanded to accommodate 140 guests. Later, sons Yvan and Laurent, together with his wife Awa, joined the team to continue running the restaurant. Over the years, the Marguerat family has been delighted to count on a loyal clientele and hopes to serve their regional specialties 🍲 for many years to come.

Country charcuterie, cabbage sausage, Papet Vaudois, fondue, morel crust, entrecôte, steak tartare, röstis, or lake fish – let yourself be tempted by our traditional cuisine. These delicious regional specialties and many more can be found on our restaurant’s website.

We prepare all our dishes ourselves exclusively from fresh ingredients. Our quality wine list 🍷 delights connoisseurs. Our Malakoff is especially appreciated for its creaminess, but we are confident you will enjoy our other specialties as well.
